Lean Six Sigma White Belt

Lean Six Sigma (LSS) combines the “Lean Concept” with the “Six Sigma Methodology” to make it the latest Management Tool in the industry for eliminating waste and reducing variation. With the growing competition and recession re-entering the industry, all those who are competent and qualified will have leverage. Lean Six Sigma White Belt training is an introductory course that helps the participants understand the LSS concept, methodology, advantages of LSS, etc. Understanding these concepts will make you stand out of the crowd and change the way you look at problems and the way people look at you.
